The Carter Benette Group (CBG) is a national janitorial and maintenance company. This past year, CBG completed a critical project for a large national client developing cleaning and maintenance standards for a multi-million-dollar concept shop. The completed project met with outstanding global reviews, and took top prize at the Retail Design Institute’s International Store Design Awards. This concept shop format is now being launched across Canada. The execution of a second large-scale national project included the planning and completion of 400 separate work orders for 96 locations across seven provinces. CBG completed the detailed cleaning and maintenance programme in six weeks to excellent reviews. CBG also recently launched a mobile-based cleaning app to monitor job progress and a video series, “1-Minute Secrets to W.O.W. Cleaning©” on their YouTube channel. CBG uses a propriety software to hire top talent and focuses on innovation to take company operations to the next level. |
