ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- We are currently hiring for a Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to join our Canadian team. This role is responsible for leading the execution of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE+I) strategy on behalf of all of the Canadian business units including Adecco, Modis and LHH.
- In this role, the incumbent will launch and facilitate Canadian initiatives in line with the strategy, pairing business acumen, perspective, integrity and trust to ensure all voices are heard within the organization in pursuit of a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in the space of inclusion, equity and belonging, as well as a facilitator and presenter, comfortable with speaking to various stakeholders from clients to colleagues and external agencies.
