The successful execution of strategic enterprise-wide investments requires powerful tools and metrics to support BDC’s decision making and help in leveraging new mechanisms to fuel a strategy-to-execution mindset.
Moreover, BDC undergoes an Agile culture shift for which efficient Agile tools, lean processes and improved ways of working are key success factors to continue nurturing BDC’s successful Agile adoption.
The purpose of this tender notice is to select a partner who will be able to provide a Turnkey Strategic Portfolio, Program and Project Management (SPM) Solution with extensive Agile Delivery Capabilities, including integration services to accompany BDC throughout the implementation process.

- Increase the maturity of our strategic portfolio management practices.
- Optimize PMO processes and enhance the customer journey.
- Manage and report on both traditional (Waterfall) projects & Agile projects.
