Who Can Attend?

CAMSC’s Trade Mission is open exclusively to Suppliers certified with CAMSC.

CAMSC Support for the Delegation

Pre-Conference Support

  • Compilation, design, and printing of the CAMSC Business Delegation Directory
  • Circulation of directory to corporate firms and associates
  • Delegation group communication platform
  • Distribution of exhibitors list in advance
  • Organize conference calls and meetings to inform about and educate on the conference
  • Follow up with the Trade Commission Services to ascertain in-country B2B meetings
  • Attend webinars hosted by Trade Commission Services in New Zealand and Australia to learn the business culture and how to conduct business locally.
  • Access to CAMSC’s online learning library for export-related webinars
  • 15-minute one-on-one session with CAMSC’s supplier support team to review the capability statement

During the Conference

  • Daily meetings to support delegation
  • Personal introductions and support to identify relevant vital stakeholders where possible
  • Different networking and B2B events hosted by CAMSC and its partners

Cost of Attending

CAMSC charges a one-time admin fee of CAD 300 per supplier per trade mission.

Suppliers will be responsible for travel costs (e.g., flight, accommodation, etc. ) and Trade Show/Conference Admissions.
