We are pleased to introduce CMASC’s Corporate Member Forum Trilogy: Building an Inclusive and Engaging Supplier Diversity program with CAMSC. The topic of the second session is Reporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 and Analytic.

Join us on Tuesday, November 14  at 1pm EST for an informative panel session to discuss Supplier Diversity Reporting with some recognized industry and subject matter professionals. The panel will explore topics like how they approach goals and target of their programs, how they are collecting diverse supplier lists and calculating their diverse spend  and share lessons learned along the way.

Meet our speakers

John Castelhano, VP Strategic Sourcing NA, BGIS

John Castelhano is a charismatic, passionate, innovative, and accomplished professional with over 30 years of Sourcing Leadership experience who is stimulated by challenges and diversity.

Since 2012 John has led the BGIS Strategic Sourcing team through several large-scale positive changes bringing innovation and energy to the way BGIS manages their supply chain. He has brought to life the vision of having his team be leveraged as a competitive advantage in securing new business opportunities and strengthening existing business relationships.

John has played an integral role in establishing and advancing the sustainable and diverse procurement program, guiding BGIS towards integrating social considerations in purchasing decisions to promote a more sustainable way of doing business. John’s leadership has been integral in advancing the BGIS Supplier Diversity & Inclusion program and initiatives which have exhibited steady year-over-year progress. As a Corporate member, BGIS have supported numerous initiatives, events, matchmaker sessions that have been organized and hosted by CAMSC and the other certification organizations. In 2020 John ensured the BGIS executive’s support and commitment to Supplier Diversity & Inclusion which greatly contributed to the BGIS advancement in the field. Each year, since 2016, BGIS spend with Diverse Suppliers has doubled – achieving $78.7M in 2021.

Most recently, John took on the role of Chair of the CAMSC Corporate member committee.


Dr. Fred McKinney, Co – Founder & Principal, BJM Solutions

Fred McKinney is the co-founder and principal of the economic consulting firm, BJM Solutions, LLC., BJM Solutions works with large and small organizations since 1999 and specializes in corporate supplier diversity and minority business development since 1999. Dr. McKinney earned his Ph.D. in economics from Yale University in 1983Fred served as the managing director at the Tuck School of Business Minority Business Executive Leadership ProgramFrom 2001 to 2015, Fred was President and CEO of the Greater New England Minority Supplier Development CouncilFred serves on the boards of the Connecticut Center for Arts and Technology and Connecticut Voices for ChildrenFred served on several non-profit and for-profit boards. He also writes a bi-monthly column for the CT Hearst newspapers where he covers issues of race, equality, economics, and public policy. Fred lives in Trumbull CT with his wife Ivy and two dogs, Rory, and Bentley. 


Bruno Olvera, Head of North America Supplier Diversity Development, Stellantis

As the Head of North America for Supplier Diversity Development, Bruno Alejandro Olvera Diaz manages the development of supplier diversity strategies for Purchasing Organization in all diverse-owned business categories. Works proactively with internal business partners to identify potential business opportunities for diverse suppliers. He leads a team of supplier diversity program managers to accomplish all supplier diversity-related goals and initiatives. Olvera Diaz started at Stellantis in June 2011 as part of the Company’s fast-track Purchasing and Supplier Quality Leadership Development Program. He successfully completed the program in December 2013, after which, he was assigned different North America and Global Senior Buyer, Purchasing Manager and Senior Manager roles. His most recent position was Head of North America for ADAS, Connectivity and Infotainment Purchasing where he led the team on the sourcing, procurement, and global strategy implementation for electrical components. He has held leadership positions in Interior, Indirect and Electrical Purchasing respectively.


Eboni Edwards, Global Supplier Diversity Development Manager, CBRE

Eboni Edwards is currently the Global Supplier Diversity Development Manager for CBRE Inc.   She continuously works to provide growth opportunities for diverse businesses across the world.  Her goal is to provide diverse suppliers with equal access to purchasing opportunities.  Her work includes over 15 years of procurement experience at the May Company/Macy’s Midwest, the Department of Defense, Louisville Gas & Electric and Kentucky Utilities and Tesla Inc. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

In 2020, Eboni was listed as a 40 under Forty recipient in the Louisville Business Journal for her work empowering diverse businesses and for her investment of time and talent in the Louisville, Kentucky community.
