Equity and Equality

March 14, 2022 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

As employers compete for talent, a sound understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is critical to attracting and retaining skilled employees. This webinar will help attendees understand the difference between equity and equality, how to identify unconscious bias and microaggressions that negatively impact the workplace, and elements to include in their workplace DEI policy.
