National Indigenous Business Information Session on Federal Procurement

Public Services and Procurement Canada is pleased to provide you with advanced notice on a series of Indigenous Business Information Sessions starting this fall. These sessions are in support of the Government of Canada’s efforts to meet and exceed the target of awarding 5 per cent of the value of all federal contracts, including subcontracts, to Indigenous businesses.
The National Indigenous Business Information Kick-off Session will take place online on October 11, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Eastern Time). The topics for this session will include:
- An overview of the 5 per cent objective for Indigenous procurement
- Information on upcoming federal procurement opportunities for information and communication technology goods and services and construction-related projects
- Support services and programs to assist Indigenous businesses and organizations
