Join us for the 6th and last session of our QSP (Quick Start Program) as we explore the mentorship process and its benefits, and recommendations for successful completion.
The joint session featuring Sarah Paul and Jennifer McCoy with Govan Brown, recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies and one of Canada’s Top 40 Contractors will share their first-hand experience with mentorship and why it plays an Important role in moving the needle for opportunity and growth for the DEI movement.
Lori Benson, Environment Social Governance Services Canada Lead with EY will also share her understanding and thoughts regarding mentorship program including what is mentoring, the expectation of mentors and mentees and a step by step guideline on how to set up metorship program.
