Supplier Forum – Driving Project Success in Multi-vendor Ecosystem

Multi-vendor collaboration on a common project necessitates an effective and efficient collaboration between multiple teams to perform to the best of their capabilities and contribute to the best of a common goal. Each vendor brings forth different skill sets, competencies and process maturity. This necessitates an increased level of understanding and vendor management to obliterate the challenges faced by suppliers and corporates.

The Supplier Forum panelists will lead educational and informative conversations by taking you through real-life case studies on the multi-vendor environment and answering your questions in a live Q&A.

The panelists represent suppliers of various backgrounds, experience, and have proven success connecting to corporate Canada as well as corporate members who share their insights into some of their supplier success stories.

About The Speakers

Mohamed Irfan Peeran, Managing Director of VDart

A seasoned transformational and servant leader, a strategic thinker with over twenty five (25) years of experience directing and managing People, Processes, Technology, Programs and Business, with a passion and knack for solving critical business and technical problems effectively and efficiently through collaboration.

Currently as a Managing Director of VDart Group, he leads the growth strategy and execution which includes Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Business Development & Sales, Marketing and Technology Partnerships.

Prior to joining VDart, Mr. Peeran held leadership roles in the Automotive and Public Sector, and was responsible for delivering large scale, turnkey application migrations to the cloud and legacy modernization initiatives. He is passionate about leveraging technology and toolsets to optimize business processes, remove waste and improve efficiencies.

 

Daniel Vendette, President founder of Conseil 2.0

Daniel has more than 30 years of experience with international organizations, improving functions of Supply Chain, Transport and Logistics. His experiences are as much in an operational level as tactical and strategical aspects. Daniel has negotiated important mandates for firms worldwide and within various industries. His key competencies are notably in transport, distribution, outsourcing, customer service and managing ERP projects.

 

Olivier Laquinte, President of Talsom,

Taslom is a consulting firm specializing in digital transformation whose mission is to create a positive impact through people, innovation and technology. Olivier has over 20 years of experience in the digital transformation space, either as a consultant, entrepreneur, project and program manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree from HEC Montréal and a master’s degree in project management from ESG-UQAM. He is also spokesperson and co-founder of the Regroupement des Firmes de Services Professionnelles Indépendantes whose objective is to promote entrepreneurship in the knowledge economy industry.

In 2019, Olivier received the MGP Career Award of the PMI-Montreal’s Élixir 2019, which rewards excellence in project management in Quebec. The MGP Career Award recognizes the professional career of a graduate of the Master’s degree in Project Management at UQAM. He is also the editor in chief of the Tech Radar, an annual report for business leaders seeking to understand how to transform their organization in the digital world.
