Jamelle Lindo is an emotional intelligence executive coach and international keynote speaker with over 12 years of diverse learning and development experience. Dolan Bogus is an Outreach & Procurement Team Lead at Procurement Assistance Canada (PAC). With almost 20  years of Federal Procurement experience, Dolan leads a team of outreach officers in Western Region (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, North West Territories and Nunavut) who work to support smaller and diverse businesses in selling to the Government of Canada and travelling along their bidding journey. Located in Edmonton, Alberta he has held numerous positions within federal procurement, ranging from the purchase of goods and services, business and policy support, to the design of workload management and risk assessment systems for procurement officers across Acquisitions Branch within PSPC.Dolan Bogus is an Outreach & Procurement Team Lead at Procurement Assistance Canada (PAC). Olivia Waterman is a Coordinator Policy & Program supporting the Social Procurement Program at the City of Toronto. The Social Procurement Program aims to use the City’s purchasing power to achieve social, economic, and workforce development goals. This is facilitated through initiatives which support diverse suppliers in accessing contracting and subcontracting opportunities as part of the City’s procurement of goods and services.

 

Sylvie Ouellette is the President & Co-founder of Versatil, an IBM Platinum Business Partner specializing in data management, business analytics, cyber security, and AI solutions. Recognized for being a creative thinker and a change agent for organizations, Sylvie is a highly energetic and result-oriented professional with over 25 years of experience in strategy management and transformation of organizations. At Versatil, she enjoys helping organizations take advantage of IT solutions to provide greater insight for better and faster decision-making.

Before Versatil, Sylvie has held several senior executive positions, including Information Technology Director, VP of Finance & Shared Services, Global Process Owner and Global Business Performance Leader in large corporations, such as General Motors (GM), Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and Hewlett Packard (HP). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke, a Higher Diploma in International Business from Leeds Beckett University in England, and an MBA from the Université du Québec in Outaouais.

Mr. Wayne King is the owner and President of InfoMedia Systems Group Inc. in Ottawa, Canada.  He received his Honours Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and his MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.  Mr. King worked for such notable companies as Xerox and IBM before branching out on his own and has spent over 30 years in the Information Technology field.  For the past twenty (20) years Mr. King has specialized in designing collaboration, content management, cloud and cyber security solutions for companies of all sizes across North America.  He currently lives in Canada’s National Capital Region.
