Procurement Ombudsman Publishes Knowledge Deepening and Sharing Reports

Ombudsman has published his first two Knowledge Deepening and Sharing reports: Low Dollar Value Contracting and Dispute Resolution Mechanisms for Vendor Performance Management. These reports are the first of a series of studies that will be undertaken yearly to explore significant and recurring issues in federal procurement.
