Project VENT is a landmark Canadian study developed by the Inclusive Workplace Supply Council of Canada (IWSCC). Our goal is to fill the gap in Canadian data on Veteran entrepreneurs and their businesses. Our introductory survey is interested in information such as:
- Demographics
- Reasons for entrepreneurship
- Support and resources
- Barriers and hardships
- Transferable skills between the military and entrepreneurship
We plan to use the results to develop resources for new and experienced Veteran entrepreneurs, and to build a foundation of data that will help to improve the future of business for Veterans in Canada.
