These tender opportunities are part of a procurement pilot program to open bidding opportunities for Canadian Black-owned or led small businesses. The pilot program will inform the expanded use of targeted approaches to increasing diversity in future procurements and support opportunity and economic growth for Black Canadians. It supports the Black Entrepreneurship Program, which will help Black Canadian business owners and entrepreneurs grow their businesses and succeed now and into the future.
